6-Day Cadaver Dissection Workshop

The Institute for Anatomical Research (IAR) is thrilled to announce its first 6-Day Cadaver Dissection Workshop, led by Jim Pulciani, the lab’s director. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for movement professionals, bodyworkers, massage therapists, science teachers, and artists in the Colorado Springs area to explore and learn about the tissues and structures of the human body. During this transformative educational journey, each table of eight students will work with an expert guide to dissect embalmed human forms layer-by-layer, gaining a deep understanding of the integral nature of the human body. Throughout the workshop, we will study fascia, muscles, tendons, joints, and internal organs, while teaching you dissection techniques and demonstrating how to recognize differences in tissue textures. Our goal is to help you uncover the mysteries of the human body, revealing deep structures and showcasing the movement potential in joints. Register now to reserve your spot at the IAR's 6-Day Cadaver Dissection Workshop. $1650 USD - for the first 10 participants $1850 USD - payment in full by June 30th, 2023 $2000 USD - for payments after July 1st, 2023 Registration deadline is August 1st, 2023 Payment is collected via PayPal and you may use your credit or debit card to process payment. Payment must be received by June 30th for $1850 pricing. Payments received after June 30th will be $2000. ***A minimum of 10 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, class fee will be refunded. IAR will notify paid participants at least 30 days in advance of cancellation. IAR will not be responsible for any other costs incurred. Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellations must be sent by email to info@anatomicalresearch.org. If notice of cancellation is received before July 1st, 2023, a $150 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made on or after July 1st, are not eligible for a refund. Participants will not be eligible for a refund for any courses cancelled less than 60 days prior to course date.
