Learning Opportunties
Explore the various classes and learning opportunities available at the lab! From 4-day intensives to creating your own unique learning experience at our lab, we're excited to welcome you to our space to explore a world of human anatomy.
Drop-In Classes

These 3-hour classes are an opportunity for those individuals who are not part of a group but would like to come in and explore the cadaver with one of our instructors for a few hours on a Saturday. These will be informal explorations where questions and curiosity are the forefront of the time spent.
4-Day Cadaver Dissection & Workshop

This workshop is ideal for movement professionals, massage therapists, bodyworkers, educators, and artists seeking a hands-on, respectful exploration of human anatomy. Our goal is to foster deep anatomical insight, tactile confidence, and a more embodied understanding of the human form through this guided learning experience.
Introductory Anatomy Tours

New to anatomy? This class is designed for small groups such as school classes. Here we take a “tour” of the cadaver’s general anatomy and explore its specific adaptations. We will observe the general locations of organs, muscles, nerves, etc. We will also peek into the life of the donor by noting disease patterns such as arthritis and other conditions. This exploration generally lasts two to three hours depending on the group, however we can provide a longer session if needed.
Custom Group Workshops

These are educational opportunities that can be customized to you and your groups needs. They vary from providing a cadaver and the space for you and your group to explore over a number of days, to bringing your class in to study from our in-house professionally prosected (pre-dissected) cadavers. We have knowledgable staff that will guide and assist you through the entire process and can even instruct you and your class. We are also interested in discussing other options as well!
Holistic Anatomical Studies for Movement- Based Practice or Hands-on Therapies

These classes are designed for groups of students in a variety of disciplines including: yoga, pilates, fitness, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic and more. Each class will focus on the anatomy and physiology relevant to the respective discipline in order to illuminate the connection between theory and anatomical reality.
