All Remains are Returned
Donors remain in our care for the entire duration of study and all remains are returned back to their loved ones.

Letter of Intent
If you are choosing to donate your body, then you will need make your intentions known to as many relevant parties as possible, including your Executor. To facilitate this process, please download the Letter of Intent to be included with your end-of-life paperwork. Within the Letter of Intent, your Executor will find our contact information so they can reach us at the proper time.
