Since embarking on his career in 1981, Bob has cultivated a sterling reputation for his specialized skills in sports massage, soft tissue therapy, facilitated stretching techniques, and kinesiotaping. Based in Colorado Springs, he has maintained an active, international sports massage practice since 1988, catering to athletes and individuals seeking comprehensive care for musculoskeletal issues.

Bob's dedication to advancing the field of massage therapy is reflected in his extensive credentials, including membership in the AMTA, certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and accreditation as a Personal Trainer.

His training encompasses a wide range of specialized techniques, including cranio/sacral therapy, pediatric and pregnancy techniques, and various chiropractic modalities. With a deep commitment to education, Dr. Gramke has dedicated significant time to teaching anatomy and clinical skills, both in academic settings and through the Institute For Anatomical Research.

Driven by a passion for health and wellness that began in high school, Dr. Gramke found his calling in chiropractic care after attending a transformative health talk. Witnessing the profound impact of chiropractic treatment on diverse health issues solidified his dedication to this field.
